Eligibility for Returns and Refunds/Replacement:
Returns and refunds/Replacement are applicable within 10 days from the date of purchase.
Only products purchased directly from Multisteer or authorized resellers are eligible for returns and replacements.
Customized or modified products are not eligible for returns or refunds/replacements unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
